GUARDIAN CAPITAL LP ANNOUNCES PERFORMANCE FEE WAIVER ON GUARDIAN STRATEGIC INCOME FUND

Guardian Capital LP (the manager) is waiving the performance fee payable to the manager by each series of Guardian Strategic Income Fund, including the ETF (exchange-traded fund) units. The manager reserves the right, in its discretion, to discontinue the performance fee waiver at any time.
