The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 20,000 bonus warrants to an arm's-length party pursuant to an agreement relating to the Ootsa project. The warrants will have an exercise price of $1.50 and be exercisable for five years from date of issuance.
