GOLD RUNNER EXPLORATION ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Gold Runner Exploration Inc. has released results from the company's annual general meeting held on Aug. 25, 2026.

All agenda items were completed, and where required, approved by the shareholders of the company, including:

1. Receiving the audited annual financial statements of the company for the financial year ended Nov. 30, 2025;
2. Fixing the number of directors of the company at four persons for the ensuing year;
3. Electing the directors for the ensuing year;
4. Appointing the auditor of the company and to fixing the auditor's remuneration and the terms of their engagement;
5. Approving a new 20-per-cent rolling equity incentive plan, in the form set out in the management information circular, to replace the company's previous 10-per-cent rolling incentive stock option plan of the company;
6. Passing and approving the adoption of By-Law No. 2 (advance notice bylaw) of the corporation in the form set out in the management information circular.

The company wishes to thank the shareholders of Gold Runner Exploration for their participation and continued support of management and the board of directors in pursuit of the successful achievement of the company's objectives.
