The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of a 75.019-per-cent interest in the copper assets at the San Pietro copper-gold-iron-cobalt project, located in Chile, pursuant to share purchase agreement dated June 22, 2026, between the company, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, New Golden Explorations Atlantida Ltd. (New Golden Atlantida), Sociedad De Servicios Andinos SPA (SSA), Far West Explorations S.A. and Capstone Copper Corp. (together with Far West, the purchasers). The assets consists of 73 mining concessions. The assets were owned by New Golden Explorations Chile SpA (NGE), which is a joint venture indirectly owned by the company at 75.019 per cent and SSA at 24.981 per cent. New Golden Atlantida and SSA are the sole shareholders of NGE. NGE received $25-million (U.S.) in shares of Capstone, which is Toronto Stock Exchange listed, less any Capstone shares for applicable costs/fees, and less a 3.00-per-cent advisory fee (or $750,000 (U.S.)) paid to an arm's-length party by way of Capstone shares.
