                   Golden Predator Confirms No Material Change
Vancouver, BC, February 2, 2017: Golden Predator Mining Corp. (TSX.V: GPY; OTCQX: NTGSF) (the
"Company") is issuing this news release in response to a request by the Investment Industry Regulatory
Organization of Canada to comment on recent trading activity. The Company is not aware of any
corporate development or undisclosed material change to the Company or its operations that would
account for the recent increase in market activity.
