ALSET AI ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF 10-FOR-1 SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Alset AI Ventures Inc., further to its news release dated March 30, 2026, will consolidate its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for 10 preconsolidation common shares, effective as of Friday, May 1, 2026.

As of the effective date, the number of issued and outstanding common shares will be 17,637,739 shares. No fractional shares will be issued. Fractions less than one-half will be rounded down, and fractions equal to or greater than one-half will be rounded up.

The new Cusip number and ISIN of the company's shares are 021155 20 5 and CA 021155 20 5 8, respectively.

Endeavor Trust Corp. will mail out a letter of transmittal to the shareholders of the company providing instructions on exchanging preconsolidation share certificates for postconsolidation share certificates. Shareholders are encouraged to send their share certificates, together with their letter of transmittal, to Endeavor in accordance with the instructions in the letter of transmittal.

The company's name and trading symbols will remain unchanged. All outstanding warrants, stock options and convertible securities will be adjusted in accordance with their terms in connection with the consolidation.
