GOOD PURPOSE INVESTMENTS ENGAGES ALLIANCE ADVISORS IR FOR INVESTOR RELATIONS SERVICES

Good Purpose Investments Inc. has entered into an investor relations agreement with Alliance Advisors Canada Corp., doing business as Alliance Advisors Investor Relations, to support the company's communications and investor outreach efforts in North America.

Pursuant to the agreement dated Sept. 10, 2026, the engagement is for an initial period of approximately 12 months and may be automatically renewed for successive 12-month periods thereafter. Pursuant to the agreement, during the initial term, the company will pay quarterly fees of $45,000 for investor relations and communications services, including retail investor engagement and digital content, analyst, banker and sell-side support, conferences and strategic visibility, media relations, and stock surveillance. After the initial 90-day period, either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day prior written notice. Alliance Advisors IR and its insiders are arm's length to the company. Alliance Advisors IR and its insiders have no direct or indirect interest in the company or its securities, and have no intention or right to acquire such an interest. In addition, no securities of the company will be issued as compensation for the services. The agreement is subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
