The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the acquisition of a 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty from an arm's-length vendor. Pursuant to a net smelter return royalty purchase agreement dated June 1, 2023, Graphite One (Alaska) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, will acquire a 1-per-cent NSR royalty on certain State of Alaska mining claims from the vendor in return for an aggregate consideration consisting of 456,500 common shares in the capital of the company at a deemed price of $1.48 per common share.
