GOOD GAMER PROVIDES MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER STATUS UPDATE

Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. has provided a default status report regarding its management cease trade order in accordance with the alternative information guidelines set out in National Policy 12-203 (Management Cease Trade Orders).

The company was unable to file its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, its management's discussion and analysis, and related chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates for this period before the July 29, 2025, filing deadline.

As previously disclosed in a news release dated July 14, 2025, the company applied to the B.C. and Alberta securities commissions for an MCTO, in anticipation of the default. As mentioned in the default announcement, there was a delay in progress of the audit due to the lack of financial resources to commence the audit at an earlier date.

The MCTO was issued by the B.C. Securities Commission on July 30, 2025, and is expected to remain in effect until two business days after the required filings are made.

There are no changes to the information contained in the default announcement or the default status report in the news release dated Aug. 13, 2025, and there has not been any other material information concerning the company's affairs that has not been disclosed. The company and its auditor continue to make every effort to complete the required filings as soon as possible, and the company anticipates being in a position to remedy the default by filing the required filings on or before Sept. 29, 2025.

During this MCTO, all management, officers and directors of the company will be prohibited from trading in the company's securities pursuant to the company's blackout procedures.

The company intends to satisfy the provision of the alternative information guidelines set out in sections 9 and 10 of NP 12-203 as long as the required filings are outstanding.
