CHARLO BARBOSA DISPOSES OF SECURITIES OF

GOOD GAMER ENTERTAINMENT INC.

Vancouver, British Columbia, February 12, 2024 - Charlo Barbosa ("Barbosa") announces that he, Krak Media Inc., Mainstreamdollars Publishing Inc. and Market Jar Media Inc. (the "Joint Actors") disposed of an aggregate 6,187,500 common shares of Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. (the "Company") (the "Subject Shares"). The Subject Shares represent approximately 14.5% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company as of February 9, 2024, immediately following the transaction described above resulting in a corresponding decrease in the percentage of shares held by Barbosa and the Joint Actors as a result of the transaction.

Immediately before the transaction described above, Barbosa and the Joint Actors held control or ownership of an aggregate 13,076,178 common shares of the Company (the "Pre-Shares), representing approximately 30.7% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.

Immediately following the transaction described above, Barbosa and the Joint Actors held control or ownership of an aggregate of 6,888,678 common shares (the "Post-Shares"), representing approximately 16.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.

The aggregate consideration payable for the Subject Shares was $92,812.50, or $0.015 per Subject Share.

The Subject Shares were disposed of through a private share sale agreement which does not contain any provisions regarding the transfer, guarantee or voting of such securities. The holdings of securities of the Company by Barbosa and the Joint Actors are managed for investment purposes. Depending on market conditions, Barbosa and the Joint Actors may from time to time dispose of additional securities of the Company, acquire some, or may continue to hold his current position.
