Vancouver, Canada - February 8, 2024 - Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. (the "Company") (TSXV: GOOD, OTCQB: GGAMF), a technology company at the forefront of AI-driven content generation and digital advertising, is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with CommunityLogiq Software Inc. ("CommunityLogiq"). This LOI outlines a proposed transaction for the Company to acquire an exclusive software license for the UrbanLogiq Risk Management Platform, enhancing the Company's technological capabilities and market reach.

Under the proposed terms of the LOI, the Company will acquire an exclusive, worldwide license for the UrbanLogiq Risk Management Platform. This acquisition represents a key step in the Company's strategy to leverage cutting-edge technology to provide innovative solutions across various industries. The consideration will involve the issuance of 2,500,000 common shares of the Company and a cash payment of Cdn$250,000 to CommunityLogiq.

The transaction is subject to the entry into a definitive agreement, including the customary conditions contained therein, as well as the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
