The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an agreement between Goldflare Exploration Inc. and an arm's-length party. The agreement provides for the company's sale of its Duplessis-Agar and Duplessis-Mountain properties, located in the Duplessis region of Abitibi in Quebec, for a consideration of $250,000 in cash in three instalments over a period of 30 days following the signature of the agreement.

The company issued a news release dated Dec. 17, 2025, in connection with the transaction.
