The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Nov. 14, 2023, and Nov. 24, 2023.

Number of shares:  4.8 million common shares

Purchase price:  2.5 cents per common share

Warrants:  4.8 million common share purchase warrants to purchase 4.8 million common shares

Warrant exercise price:  five cents per common share purchase warrant for a period of 24 months

Number of placees:  three placees

The company issued a news release on Nov. 30, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement.

Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
