The Company further announces the appointment of Mr. Brayden R. Sutton to its Advisory Board. Mr. Sutton is a creative and "outside the box" entrepreneur with a strong passion for film and music. He thrives on creating exceptional client relationships and is very experienced in bringing small to medium-sized businesses into profitability using awareness campaigns and community building to drive revenue.

Mr. Sutton is a capital markets expert with 15 years of proven investing and business-building success. He has led various initiatives and teams in IT, media and finance and has been involved with numerous public offerings, IPOs and M&A.
