(TSX-V:GNM) (the "Company") announces that, further to its news release dated March 10, 2014, the Company increased and completed its non-brokered private placement of 1,574,500 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $78,725 (the "Offering").
