Mr. Good is a venture capitalist with more than 12 years of experience as a stock market professional focusing in areas of corporate development, finance and investor relations. He founded Patriot Capital Corporation in early 2013 to invest in both private and public companies, with an emphasis on acquiring large positions in well-structured junior issuers with experienced management. In addition to representing several mining resource companies, Mr. Good has also assisted with projects in the healthcare, biotech and technology fields.

Mr. Good will be responsible for business development including taking the lead on raising capital for Golden Hope as needed. His role as VP Business Development reflects his recent success in securing strong shareholder recognition along with the development of a deep financial network in Canada, the U.S.A and abroad.
