GOLD MOUNTAIN MINING 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING VOTING RESULTS

All resolutions put forward at the annual general meeting of Gold Mountain Mining Corp.'s shareholders held Aug. 11, 2023, as described in the company's information circular dated June 26, 2023, were approved. A summary of the results is set out as follows.

Number of directions:  The shareholders set the number of directors at three.

Election of directors:   The nominees listed in the circular were all elected as directors until the next annual general meeting of the shareholders. Detailed results of the vote are set out in the attached table.

Stephen Wilkinson replaced Howard Jones as the director nominee that was set out in the circular (see press release dated Aug. 9, 2023).

The shareholders also approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor of the company and authorized the directors to fix the remuneration to be paid to PricewaterhouseCoopers.
