GALAXY SCHEDULES WEBCAST AND INVESTOR CALL TO REVIEW FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS ON MAY 14, 2024

Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. will release its first quarter 2024 financial results before the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.

Michael Novogratz, chief executive officer and founder of Galaxy, and members of management will host a conference call to provide an update to shareholders on the company's activities and results on the same day at 8:30 a.m. ET.
