GALAXY SCHEDULES WEBCAST AND INVESTOR CALL TO REVIEW FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2023 RESULTS ON MARCH 26, 2024

Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2023 financial results before the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

Michael Novogratz, chief executive officer and founder of Galaxy, and members of management will host a conference call to provide an update to shareholders on the company's activities and results on the same day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
