GALAXY ASSET MANAGEMENT: DECEMBER 2023 MONTH END AUM

Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd.'s affiliate, Galaxy Asset Management (GAM), had preliminary assets under management of $5,269-million as of Dec. 31, 2023. The 1.0-per-cent decrease in preliminary AUM compared with the prior month was driven by outflows associated with a continuing liquidation mandate, partially offset by net inflows into GAM's passive strategies and market appreciation.
