GALAXY DIGITAL ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. has released the results of votes on matters considered at its annual general meeting of shareholders, which took place on June 28, 2023.

All seven members of the company's board of directors named as nominees in its management information circular were elected as directors (for, against and withheld): Michael Novogratz (99.761 per cent, 0.204 per cent and 0.035 per cent), Bill Koutsouras (65.175 per cent, 2.409 per cent and 32.416 per cent), Dominic Docherty (64.387 per cent, 3.191 per cent and 32.423 per cent), Michael Daffey (99.309 per cent, 0.623 per cent and 0.068 per cent), Jane Dietze (77.933 per cent, 10.955 per cent and 11.112 per cent), Damien Vanderwilt (99.081 per cent, 0.754 per cent and 0.165 per cent) and Richard Tavoso (65.908 per cent, 2.104 per cent and 31.987 per cent). Shareholders also approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's auditor (99.830 per cent, 0.144 per cent and 0.026 per cent).
