GALAXY ASSET MANAGEMENT: APRIL 2023 MONTH END AUM

Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd.'s affiliate, Galaxy Asset Management (GAM), had preliminary assets under management of $2,460.5-million as of April 30, 2023. The 1.1-per-cent increase in preliminary AUM compared with the prior month was primarily driven by market appreciation and net inflows.
