GLOW ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Glow Lifetech Corp. has agreed to settle an aggregate of $211,837 of indebtedness owed to an arm's-length creditor through the issuance of 4,236,747 units of the company at a price of five cents per unit. Each unit shall comprise one common share in the capital of the company and one-half a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall be exercisable into one common share in the capital of the company at a price of seven cents per warrant share until two years from the date of issuance of the warrants. All common shares issued in connection with the debt settlement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
