GLOW ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT; FACILITATING PRODUCT DELIVERY AND REVENUE GENERATING ACTIVITIES

Glow Lifetech Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $250,000 through the issuance of up to five million units in the capital of the company at a price of five cents per unit. Each unit shall comprise one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of seven cents per common share for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance. The company intends to use the gross proceeds from the offering for general working capital purposes, general and administrative expenses, and expenditures related to production and manufacturing.

Closing of the offering is subject to receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance and the resale rules of applicable securities legislation.
