(TSXV: GLI) (the "Company") announces that it has elected not to proceed with the previously announced property option and joint venture agreement (the "Option Agreement") with Milmath Mining Company (the "Vendor") in respect of a series of mineral tenures located in the Mutoko Belt in Zimbabwe. The Company has not advanced any funds or issued any securities to the Vendor pursuant to the Option Agreement and has not assumed any ongoing obligations related to the mineral tenures.
