GLG LIFE TECH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES 2020 AGM VOTING RESULTS

GLG Life Tech Corp., in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, has released the voting results for the election of directors to the board at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held virtually on July 28, 2020. The director nominees, as listed in the management information circular dated June 18, 2020, were elected as directors of the company at the meeting. According to proxies received (none voted by ballot), the results are shown in the attached table.
