GOLDON COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

GoldON Resources Ltd. has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing and raised $400,000 in gross proceeds.

The offering consisted of eight million non-flow-through units. The units were priced at five cents each and each unit consisted of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant that entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at 10 cents per share for two years following the closing date of the offering. All securities issued pursuant to this offering will have a hold period expiring Aug. 30, 2024.

The company will use the proceeds of the offering to finance work at its 100-per-cent-owned West Madsen gold property and for general working capital purposes.
