GOLDON ARRANGES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

GoldON Resources Ltd. is arranging a non-brokered private placement financing with qualified investors of up to eight million units for maximum gross proceeds of $400,000.

The units will be priced at five cents, and consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant that will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 10 cents per share for two years from the closing date of the offering.

The company will use the proceeds of the offering to finance work at its 100-per-cent-owned West Madsen gold property and for general working capital purposes. Completion of this offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
