The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to the purchase option agreement dated May 11, 2023, between GoldON Resources Ltd. and arm's-length parties. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Hagarty Creek lithium property, comprising 17 mining claims in Greenstone, Ont. By way of consideration, the company will make total cash payments of $90,000 over three years and issue a total of 300,000 shares at a deemed price of seven cents per share to the optionors. The optionors will retain a 1.5-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the properties, of which the company may repurchase a 0.5-per-cent royalty for $500,000.
