The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of three mining claims in the Sept Iles region of Quebec pursuant to a letter of intent for mineral exploration and mining option agreement dated Feb. 10, 2023, between the company and arm's-length vendors. An aggregate consideration over a period of four years is as follows.

Consideration:  $75,000 cash, 300,000 common shares and $600,000 in work expenditures
