The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of one mining claim in the Sept Iles region of Quebec pursuant to a letter of intent for mineral exploration and mining option agreement dated Feb. 20, 2023, between the company and an arm's-length vendor.

Consideration:  year 1, $10,000 cash and 100,000 common shares; on or before Feb. 20, 2024, $50 in work expenditures
