Number of shares:  16,587,209 shares

Purchase price:  9.75 cents per share

Number of placees:  35 placees

Total existing insider involvement:  3,296,793 (five insiders)

Finder's fee:  $4,464

The company issued a news release on Jan. 2, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement. Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
