"GoldHills") (TSXV:GHL) has appointed Rupert Williams to the board of directors.

Mr. Williams is an experienced specialist mining broker with existing institutional relationships in both
sales and trading for UK, Canadian & Australian markets.

The company would also like to announce that Oksana Gumenyuk has resigned from the board of
directors. The company would like to thank Ms. Gumenyuk for her time and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
