The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing, documentation pertaining to the amending agreement entered into on Sept. 25, 2023, between Garibaldi Resources Corp. and an arm's-length vendor, subsequent to the original agreement dated May 5, 2016, and amended agreement dated June 11, 2018, for the buyback acquisition of the 2.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty payable on the company's Palm Springs claims, located in northwestern British Columbia. Pursuant to the terms of the amending agreement, the company may acquire a 1.0-per-cent NSR royalty on the property by issuing 500,000 common shares over a four-year period. The company may acquire the remaining 1.0-per-cent NSR royalty by making a cash payment of $2-million.
