Further to its bulletin dated Nov. 13, 2023, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Goldgroup Mining Inc. will be delisted at the close on Feb. 16, 2024. According to the TSX, the company has failed to meet its continued listing requirements. The company will continue trading until the close on the delisting date.
