GFG GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS AND ANNOUNCES UPCOMING INVESTOR CONFERENCES

Pursuant to a stock option plan and in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, GFG Resources Inc. has granted stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and senior consultants to purchase an aggregate of 3.53 million common shares of the company.

The stock options are exercisable at a price of 14.5 cents per common share, being the closing price of the company's common shares on Feb. 17, 2026, and have a term of five years from the date of grant. The options are subject to various vesting provisions in accordance with the company's stock option plan and applicable TSX Venture Exchange policies.

Coming investor conferences

GFG will participate in several investor and industry conferences over the coming months, including:

• March 1 to March 4, 2026: Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada Convention -- Toronto, Canada;
• March 18 and March 19, 2026: Swiss Mining Institute Investor Conference -- Zurich, Switzerland;
• May 11 and May 12, 2026: 121 Mining Investment Conference -- London, England;
• May 15 and May 16, 2026: Deutsche Goldmesse Gold Show -- Frankfurt, Germany;
• June 9 to June 11, 2026: Timmins Mining Expo -- Timmins, Canada;
• June 15 and June 16, 2026: 121 Mining Investment Conference -- New York, United States.
