GFG ANNOUNCES THE GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

GFG Resources Inc., pursuant to the company's annual executive compensation program, has granted stock options to directors, officers, employees and senior consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 3.59 million common shares of the company. The stock options have various vesting periods and are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of nine cents per common share, being the closing price on Feb. 14, 2024. All options were granted pursuant to the company's stock option plan.
