GAMEON ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Carey Dillen has resigned from the board of directors, and Matthew Bailey has resigned as a director and chief executive officer, of GameON Entertainment Technologies Inc., effective April 25, 2025. The company thanks Ms. Dillen and Mr. Bailey for their contributions and wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.

The board of the directors is in the process of identifying candidates to fill the vacancies and will provide a further update upon confirmation of the appointments.
