GENERATION URANIUM ANNOUNCES FINAL CSE LISTING APPROVAL AND VOLUNTARY DELISTING FROM THE TSXV

Generation Uranium Inc. has received final listing approval from the listing committee of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The common stock of the company will begin trading on the CSE on July 24, 2026, under the symbol GEN, and will continue to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol GENRF and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol W85.
