GENERATION URANIUM ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL COLLINS AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Generation Uranium Inc. has appointed Michael Collins as chief executive officer and a director of the company, effective immediately.

Mr. Collins is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, including leadership roles in corporate development, project management and technical operations. He has held senior executive and board positions with several publicly traded resource companies, providing strategic direction through project advancement and capital markets engagement. Mr. Collins was a co-founder of Nuclear Fuels, which just merged with Priemer American Uranium, and co-founded Bluerock Resources, the only new conventional uranium producer in the U.S. southwest in the 2000-to-2009 uranium market.

"I am excited to join the Generation Uranium team, said Mr. Collins. "The Yath project has all the right ingredients for a significant uranium discovery, and I look forward to working with the Generation team unlocking and developing this project."
