GENERATION URANIUM ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SECOND AND FINAL TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Generation Uranium Inc. has closed the second and final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, issuing a total of 10.4 million common shares at a price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of $520,000.

Together with the first tranche, the company has raised aggregate gross proceeds of $687,500 through the issuance of 13.75 million common shares.

All securities issued under the second tranche are subject to a hold period expiring Feb. 18, 2026, in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital and corporate purposes.

The company confirms that it has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the offering and the securities issued pursuant to the second tranche are subject to final acceptance by the TSX-V.

The company also announces that it has granted a total of 2,625,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company. Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share of the company at a price of 7.5 cents per share for a period of two years from the date of grant. The options are subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
