GENERATION URANIUM ANNOUNCES NEW INTERIM CEO AND NEW INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Generation Uranium Inc. chief executive officer and director Anthony Zelen has resigned, Chris Huggins will take over as interim CEO, and Christoph Bruening is joining the board of
directors.
Mr. Huggins is a proven leader with over 30 years of success in mineral exploration, capital markets and business development. Born and raised in Timmins, Ont., Canada's richest goldfield, he brings a career-long focus on creating value and identifying growth opportunities for clients and shareholders.
Mr. Huggins began his career as an exploration geologist with Homestake Mining, contributing to key projects around Eskay Creek, Snip mine, Stewart, B.C., and Copiapo, Chile. He later transitioned to the emerging technology sector, achieving a decade of success in sales and corporate development roles. Returning to the mining and construction industries, he held senior positions at Atlas Copco and Finning, where he delivered capital equipment solutions to industry leaders such as De Beers, BHP, Acciona and Heidelberg. He also managed global and national Caterpillar accounts, bringing a strategic edge to complex operational environments.
Currently, Mr. Huggins serves as CEO and director of Auric Minerals Corp. and Collective Metals Inc., where he leads with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence and long-term shareholder value.
Mr. Bruening is the founder and managing partner of Value Relations GmbH, a full-service investor
relations and public relations agency in Frankfurt with over 25 years of excellence, focusing on mining,
exploration, biotech and health care. Since 1998, he has organized and operated over 500 conferences and
over 200 road shows in Germany and throughout Europe. In addition, he has listed over 600 companies on
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Mr. Bruening graduated in chemistry from Technische Universitat Darmstadt in 1995. He is
the author of several publications, including on rare earths and uranium, and has a coming book on energy and future challenges. He has presented at all the leading resource conferences including the PDAC, Mines and Money,
Deutsche Rohstoff Messe Frankfurt, Edelmetall und Rohstoffmessse Munich, and the Vancouver Resource
Investment Conference. He has previously been a director of multiple public companies in Canada, the United
States and Germany.
