GENERATION GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO GENERATION URANIUM INC.
Generation Gold Corp. has changed its name from Generation Gold Corp. to Generation
Uranium Inc., effective Jan. 30, 2024. The company's common shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange under the new name at the start of trading on Monday, Feb. 5, 2024. The company's trading symbol
will remain unchanged.
The Cusip assigned to the company's common shares under its new name will be 37150L103. There is no
consolidation of the company's share capital in connection with the name change, and, as a result, certificates
representing common shares of the company will not be affected by the name change, and shareholders will not be
required to exchange their shares or take any other action. Shareholders holding share certificates of the company
can request a replacement certificate; however, new certificates are not required and will not be automatically
issued.
The name change was approved by the company's board of directors on Jan. 10, 2024. The name change is
intended to reflect the company's focus on uranium in connection with its newly acquired Yath uranium property.
