The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of five mineral licences covering approximately 8,438 hectares, located in the territory of Nunavut, also known as the Yath uranium property. Pursuant to a mineral property acquisition agreement dated Nov. 3, 2023, and an amended and restated mineral property agreement dated Dec. 14, 2023, between the company and four arm's-length vendors, the aggregate consideration for the acquisition of the property over a period of two years is as follows.

Consideration:  $45,000 cash and 2.5 million common shares

Pursuant to the agreements, the issuer will grant a 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty to the vendors, which is only to be paid upon returns from the commercial production of minerals from the property.
