The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of certain mineral claims located in British Columbia, Canada, known as the Balthazar property, pursuant to property purchase and sale agreement dated Sept. 27, 2023, between the company and arm's-length vendors.
