The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 15-per-cent interest in the Lovelock cobalt mine and the Treasure Box project, located in the Stillwater Range of Churchill county in Nevada, pursuant to a mineral claims purchase agreement dated April 26, 2023, between the company, the company's wholly owned subsidiary and arm's-length vendors.

Consideration:  year 1, 2.5 million common shares
