Graphano Energy Ltd. has closed its non-brokered private placement financing originally announced on Aug. 15, 2025.
Pursuant to the private placement, the company issued two million units at a price of 15 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $300,000. The securities issued under the listed issuer financing exemption are immediately freely tradable under applicable Canadian securities legislation. The private placement is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
In connection with the private placement, the company paid aggregate cash finder fees of $18,000 to an arm's-length finder, representing 6 per cent of the gross proceeds from the sale of units placed by the finder, in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
