The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Gibson Energy Inc. subscription receipts have been delisted, effective at the close on Aug. 1, 2023. According to the TSX, the company has closed the acquisition of 100 per cent of the membership interests of South Texas Gateway Terminal LLC. The holders of the subscription receipts will receive one common share of Gibson per subscription receipt held plus a dividend equivalent payment of 39 cents per subscription receipt. As the subscription receipts are uncertificated, holders of subscription receipts need not take any action in order to receive the common shares to which they are entitled.
