Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the listing of units of the Manulife Investment Management Ltd. ETFs (exchange-traded funds) named in the attached table.

Subject to confirmation of closing, units of the Manulife ETFs will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada at the start of trading on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025.
