EARLY WARNING REPORT

Kaitlyn McClay has filed an early warning report dated Dec. 21, 2023, advising of the acquisition of three million common shares of Golden Pursuit Resources Ltd. on Dec. 15, 2023, representing approximately 7.69 per cent of the outstanding common shares at a price of 10.5 cents per share. The securityholder has filed this report as a result of an increase in holdings over which the securityholder has direction and control to 4,091,633 common shares (10.49 per cent) of the 38,992,800 issued and outstanding shares of the company. Subsequent to the above, on Dec. 20, 2023, the securityholder disposed of 500,000 common shares of the company held by the securityholder, which resulted in the securityholder's net holding position being 3,591,633 common shares in the capital of the company and less than 10 per cent of the issued number of shares of the company.

The securityholder holds the shares of the company for investment purposes, and may from time to time acquire additional shares of the company either on the open market or through private acquisitions or sell shares of the company either on the open market or through private dispositions.
